#Need help with display and graphics

Hey there, so this is my first pc build and its going on two years old. Recently I started having issues where all my games graphics are either blurry pixilated or grainy or some mix of these and now some games have also started to make the screen flicker like Skyrim. Everything seems to run poorly no matter what I try. My main display graphics out of game also looks a little bit grainy. Is there anything I can do ? I've had so much trouble trying to figure out the graphics at this point I'm considering just buying a new card

Could it maybe be the display port cable ? Idk I'm at a loss

It seems to me you might have something turned on that you want to turn off

After checking the port Check your amd adrenaline software i bought a ryzen 5 7600x yesterday but stuck with rx580 for now and that software gives a headache so try to uninstall and reinstall the drivers

Blurry probably means FSR, SuperResolution, or similar is enabled
