reinstall windows
and update your bios
when you did the reset one of the drivers might have gotten currupted, first one id reinstall is the video driver thats the most likely , id use ddu to remove it and get the latest driver from the site ddu: https://www.guru3d.com/download/display-driver-uninstaller-download/
Download Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) - Remove AMD/NVIDIA/INTEL Graphics Drivers Cleanly - DDU is a driver removal utility that helps you completely uninstall AMD/NVIDIA graphics card drivers and packages from your system, leaving no leftovers behind, including registry keys, folders, files, and driver store.
i double checked my drivers already they are all good
ok then i would reinstall windows maybe something got currupted at the kernel level ,
thats one of the reasons i always do a full reinstall of windows , reset always gives me issues
thats what i did was a full reinstall
ok maybe redo the install disk then reinstall i had to do that one time when facing a similar issue
these days its usually quicker to just do that than try to trouble shoot it if its that bad
do you know any good software where i can watch the status of my cpu and my ram accuralty
i used this to make my install disk its been rock solid https://christitus.com/windows-tool/
