I just made a new computer with a Radeon RX 7700xt and the display is blinking on and off with stripes and white dots randomly appearing every couple of seconds. CPU is intel i7-12700kf (I just installed new drivers)

Update I unplugged the display port and plugged it back in and now the fans on the gpu are off and I am under the impression that there is something wrong with the gpu

The issue is the display cable I had was broken so it was not displaying properly I believe and the HDMI cable that I have does not fit when it’s in the top slot if I wanted to use the top slot, I would have to send or cut a hole in the computer case
