Hi, i’ve been wanting to upgrade my pc to a new platform and i wanted to sell the old parts, including my ssd, i already have my new ssd and i have already migrated the os, i am now wondering if my old ssd still has a license and if i sell it wether or not it will have windows on it , and will my new ssd also have the license?

Unless you need the money keep it or destroy it. That is the only way you will know for sure that they can not get any personal data from it. But it you must sell it pit it in as a second drive then look for software to wipe it. Just formatting the drive offers e very little protection. Just my thoughts

I dont need it that much, its a 250 gb wd black if im not mistaken so ill just wipe it completely and give it away to my friend, or something like that
