looking to completely wipe a friends PC as it is currently unusable, believe the issue is the m.2 drive considering the pc takes FOREVER to boot into windows and is very slow opening apps on idle. we've tried swapping the gpu out for a working one and issues continued with blue dots appearing on screen.

the c-drive / os drive is currently the only drive in the system. i want to know how to fully wipe the drive so i can reinstall windows 11 onto the drive with a usb media creation tool

You can wipe the drive during the Windows 11 installation. Create your Windows 11 installation USB using the media creation tool, boot into it, then delete all partitions on the drive when you're at the drive selection screen.
