Your motherboard's user manual should say. Anywho, I wouldn't leave the plastic on if you're going to populate the slots.
It doesn’t say it on the guide
But if I’m not using the slot do I just leave it and or take it off for all of em
The plastic is there to protect the heatsink thermal transfer material from collecting dust. If you're not using the slot, leave the plastic on. And if you ever remove an NVMe SSD from a slot later, re-install the plastic to protect the material from dust.
