upgrading from r5 5600x to something better still AM4. Tell me which ones are worth looking at and What the diffrences are between XT and X aswell as example r7 5700x3d and r7 5800x3d.
As for Aio im just looking for recommendations, i like a good looking aio aswell as should try to be as close to 100e as possible

Depends on what you're looking to do with your upgrade. The 5700x3D is the most reasonable upgrade option for gaming. The 5600x3D and 5800x3D aren't really common anymore. The 5950x/5900XT (5950x tbh) are also good options if you're looking to do production workloads.
About your CPU suffixes:
X -> Regular CPU
Non X -> Downbinned CPU, so lower clock speeds and OC potential/headroom. Still very close performance to the X variant though.
X3D -> has the 3D V-Cache.
XT -> Refreshed variant.
