my pc refuses to output video

(the dp cable is connected to the gpu and monitor)
(gpu is recieving power)
(monitor is recieving power)
(the gpu is connected properly in the pcie slot)

Have you selected the dp input on your monitor?

You can also try to see if you have debug lights on your mainbord. If so look if there is any error,like an error with the cpu or so

Sometimes my AOC monitor does that, it just stops receiving video and you just have to unplug all cables especially the power cable to the monitor to get it working. I don’t know if it will solve your problem though.

most times the video will come back by turning on/off my pc multiple times and by unplugging and replugging random cables but yeah thanks for the help
i dont really know why it happens so uh
