I recently built my pc with the following case and I plugged the hd audio cable into the motherboard rechecked everything, downloaded realtek drivers yet my mic doesnt wanna work. Can anyone possibly give me a solution i plugged every cable in, and tried an audio splitter to use at the back of the case(motherboard) and my mic isnt picking up, its a headset so the mic is attached to the headphones. Someone please help?

dedicated mic jack? Also, how are you confirming that your mic isn't working? Is it not being recognized as being plugged in or are you just not getting any sound out of it?
