- what's your absolute max budget? if it's 5090 with custom loop water cooling then you're probably gonna be in the 3-4k USD range (assuming market conditions are similar in your country)

waterblocks range from like $110 (lite model of that one alphacool block) to idk, over $300 for some of EK's top line stuff
