Unfortunately the 205 doesn't support 360mm AIOs. At best, you can fit a 280mm AIO on the FRONT according to the website. You can also fit a 240mm on the TOP on all 205s variants.

Hm. Plenty of options at the 240mm AIO. 280mm is more limited but there's better cooling generally.
Thermalright has plenty of awesome 240mm AIOs on the budget side. Aqua Elite, Notte, Frozen Prism, and the Frozen Infinity.
Arctic Liquid Freezer III at the 240 + 280mm size are about the best you can get, but they're pricier.

Not at all. Non SE is 157mm compared to the 154mm of the SE model is all because of the plates covering the heat pipes.
