I have the Alienware AW2524H. And when I'm playing games in fullscreeen, and hit the windows button or alt+tab, my screen goes black for a few seconds. It only does it when I use it in 480hz and 500hz. The LEDs on the monitor turn off as well. I'm using the displayport that came with the monitor, g-sync is off, HDR is off. Does anyone else have this problem and is there any solutions?

This is caused by the monitor switching configuration when moving between game and desktop

My other monitor didn't have this problem. Or is it because some programs don't support the high refresh rate and basically is switching from one to another?
