i don’t think you will need the c750, you could probably do something less than that

#

and you don’t need thermal paste, should come with cooler

meh 7 bucks is not much impact to budget, it's nice to have if you screw up first application. All seems fine enough to me. You're going to need some kind of storage. Assuming GPU is at least halfway competent the psu should be okay? I don't trust NZXT though. for that price just get an evga or thermaltake or whatever. half the time I see an nzxt product that shit lights on fire.

Can't tell what site that is. amazon? this psu is better and cheaper. Unless you've got a 4090, 4080s, or 7900xt/xtx you can even step down to lower wattage without issue. 5600 is only a 65 watt part. ram, about 10w, mb about 30w, m.2 storage is 'round 5w leaving a healthy 400w for your video card you're still way under power budget. https://www.amazon.com/Corsair-CX750M-Modular-Supply-Bronze/dp/B093ND8LML for 750w but https://www.amazon.com/Corsair-CX750M-Modular-Supply-Bronze/dp/B093NTQJSF will do just fine

These are VERY much not better against the C750 Gold. At 750w you very much should consider the Cooler Master MWE Gold V3. Much better performing against the CX750Ms, with a much better warranty period for just $75. Hell, even consider the RM750x at $80.

It's a dumb idea to majorly downgrade the PSU in quality just to cut a few bucks, before considering where you can cut down elsewhere, like the RAM, SSD, and the thermal paste as pointed out.

I'm not looking at 'quality' I'm looking at appropriate wattage. PSU are most efficient and least strained in the range of 80% to 90% max load. What data are you looking at to determine quality, exactly?

oh you did, missed the smaller shortcut, mb

# jagged ridge you can't just slap some links in chat from different bench testerss. try looki...

It's the upgraded version of the 2019 C gold. 2022 is made on the CSZ platform by CWT (Channel Well Technology) instead of Seasonic's Focus platform. CSZ is a very well performing platform, as long as the PSU's brand doesn't shove in heavily crap internals (which they usually do not and that goes for any PSU). You can find info on the performance of the C850 2022, which can be found here on the 850w section.

It's not exact since there's no direct info on the 750w model, but it's safe to translate the performance of the 850w into the performance of the 750w version.

Also exists the 2024 model which is also an upgrade from the 2022, but that's in a different price class.
