i took your guys advice and swapped a bunch of parts around. tell me if i did good or not!

This is going to end up being over 850 USD. Are they in the US? I see plenty of room to improve or cost-optimize.

You did say you were unsure of the budget, and then said 600-700 originally. What's their maximum budget though?

we don't really know the maximum now because their family is getting involved with helping them get the parts they need. it used to be 600-700 usd i'd say at max $1000
