Full screen or window borderless make sure as sometimes you might not notice

eveything works fine but then once i start playing any game off the xbox launcher the problem happens again and the it turn into a problem for every other game

So then your issue should be figuring out what that second monitors doing

Is it one on top one below or side by side

Have you tried to set it to borderless full screen and then click on the centre of the program
