I would ask the person who posted this to explain what in the heckin' heck is going on here because um. Just no. Absolutely not.
I would be terrified just taking apart a monitor, let alone an oled. Then actually cooling the board lol

Heat is what screens do (because light and it's not 100% efficient)
Said OLED panel is capable of operating in high temparatures -- it's not a human being, it doesn't just die at 40+°C
If, however, it does emit too much heat (more than normal), it might be defective
