3080ti outperforms slightly
the only potential issue is the 12gb vram
7900gre/3080ti really trade blows

Comparing NVIDIA RTX 3080 Ti with AMD RX 7900 GRE: technical specs, games and benchmarks.
AMD is better than nVidia in all realms, pick AMD.
In this price range, look for the best AMD GPU you can buy for that money,it isnt a lot of it
ANY GPU OVER 50$ WILL DO 165Hz
Im sure these newer AMD GPUs will do just that
My RTX 3060 can push 165Hz, what about yours?
Thats because it used the newest versions available to put on a card of such kind
New cards do 16,826Hz without a second look. Dont overthink it
Can your monitor do 16,826Hz?
Then dont worry about it
500$ for a GPU isnt a lot of money, AMD offers nice options
Look for second hand ones
97,4% of the time cheaper than retail
Why not the 7 series one?
Thats a google question
Where are you from?
If google says YES then its yes.
Look for the one thats more powerful, usually the AMD will win, but do your research.
no lmao?
cuda cores are excellent for rendering, and that 3080ti trades blows with the 7900gre for a lot cheaper
3080ti is gonna be the best price/performance in this lineup.
no clue, i can't run dp (1080 75hz my beloved)
