this is the same build. i would recommend buying windows 10 and upgrading to save money. i would also recommend to get the parts and build yourself or ask around for stores near you to build for you. alot of pre build websites scam tf out of you haha
also u could save some money for replacing your cpu cooler with something not so overkill
i would recommend the one in this new link over that one.
if you have more money and want more storage i would recommend picking yourself up this ssd as well as these days 1tb doesnt seem to do much xD

i wouldnt, theyre loud asf but would defiantly work
if he was about to spend £80 on it a £33 cooler to not deal with the noise he will still be happy with money saved and no noise : D
