i would go with a 4060 low profile card
but if you rly like amd get a workstation card

APU seems to be the best solution if u cant get a standard GPU, however u can get great cases for 50-70 bucks.
if u dont need to move the pc very often, swappign the case is somethign u should consider

full size cases actually start at 35 USD according to pcpp.
the case experts will find u something solid for less than 50
i got the enermax marbleshell MS31 for 60€ early this year

this for example can fit GPUs up to 315mm and standard 4070 is 240mm, 4080 is 310mm, 7900xt is 276 mm
so u can basically fit anythign in there that is not a 4090
it has a closed front panel tho, meaning no front fans.
depending on the rest of your system that mgiht be totally fine and there are workarounds
but just keep in mind that there are options.
my case can fit 410mm cards and has 3 front fans with a mesh front for that much more money
