Is this a clean installation of Windows 11? Rather, you didn't run "debloating" or other similar scripts to "cleanup" and/or "improve" Windows, did you? (This is a personal PC, right? Not a company managed PC?)
It's custom win11, personal pc
Personal PC = good. What does "custom Win 11" mean...?
Debloated, tweaked to erase unnecessary bs
Well there's your problem. You'll either need to undo whatever your "debloat" tweaks did, or reinstall and not break it with "debloat" tweaks.
To be fair, windows has alot bloatware and unnecessary shit
But I understand
I mean, you're not wrong and I could say this about many Operating Systems. Fact is... yeeting parts of the Operating System can cause unexpected results, as you've discovered. 🫠 Debloat if you must, but only you know what was or wasn't removed from your OS, so if it breaks, it's up to you to fix it.
