My phone does not recieve calls while on a call

Samsung galaxy gold 6, everyone since I got it a few months ago I haven't been receiving calls if I am on the phone, not only that, when they leave a message I don't recieve it, the call is never in my call history, to my phone that call never happened

I may not be able to respond until later, but wanted to see if anyone was able to help or have had a similar issue

I would check with your cellular carrier to see if calls are even routing to your number when you're on a call. For all we know, they're not routing because of a Setting on your account or something else broken on the carrier's end.

Hmm, i haven't thought about that

Lol I finally found call waiting was turned off but it was buried in sub menus
