#high cpu low gpu on all games

Ctrl+Shift+Esc to open Task Manager, Performance tab, select the CPU and screenshot.
And what kind of framerates are you seeing (And in which game)?
he told you its 5600x, unless you want to see the specs incase something is off
I'm not looking to see which CPU it is
thats gpu lol, he said cpu
@tulip terrace Nothing really stupid happening with the CPU at least.
So what framerate in which game?
100 fps in rust and ive seen many benchmarks videos and they get 150-160fps on high settings
In cod warzone same it doesnt get the gpu at 80-90%
On max settings
Idk why
I honestly don't know if the world being full of buildings affects the CPU or GPU in Rust.
I'm seeing some people with 150 fps, some with 80-100
Also seeing lots people saying the performance in the game is just randomly terrible
Could you double check with Nvidia's tool? Alt + R while ingame (If you have the Nvidia App installed, what used to be called GeForce Experience)
Task Manager sometimes reports wrong on GPU usage
it says the same
And what framerate?
i tried out diff ram and same thing
still 100 on rust
100-110
it doesnt use my gpu for some reason its like ive put a limit to the gpu
I'm seeing lots of people get around that in Rust with the same CPU so I think it's just Rust.
Sure, upgrading the GPU won't increase framerates if the GPU isn't the bottleneck
so i got a bottleneck?
i asked many ppl about this combo
and they told me there is no bottleneck
If you don't have a bottleneck, you would have infinite FPS
It's literally impossible to not have a bottleneck
The CPU will very rarely hit 100%
Most games just don't utilize 12 threads.
8 is a lot for games (Some exceptions)
yeah but like wouldnt i hit like 100% on some games with the gpu?
So if a game can only use 6 threads, and your CPU has 12 threads, the game can never use more than 50% of the CPU
Yes, which is why I asked what the framerate is in Warzone
It's easier to get Warzone to use all of the GPU so we can use that
The CPU is able to do ~110-140 FPS in that game depending on the area.
on yt they get better perfomance with same specs
In what ?
in multiple games
You have to give an example
Ok, link

there is no bottleneck on him
and i got the exact same specs
his gpu is 100% on all games
mine isnt
He is getting 110 fps in Rust.
Which doesn't matter unless the GPU is maxed
No, you are misunderstanding
and still the same
You are misunderstanding how this works.
explain to me thenm
You don't get less FPS from increasing the graphics settings unless the GPU is maxed.
His GPU isn't maxed either so the graphics settings don't matter
They are completely irrelevant in this scenario.
Sure, but you said you had lower settings
And if you have the same framerate, that doesn't really matter
Go into Warzone like I asked
even if i increase the graphics my usage is still the same
