On every game i get 70% cpu and 30-40 gpu for example on rust i get low fps too
i have Ryzen 5 5600x Rtx 4060ti 16gb ram and i get too low fps for those specs ive seen videos on youtube on games and they have better performance than me i dont know whats going on

I honestly don't know if the world being full of buildings affects the CPU or GPU in Rust.
I'm seeing some people with 150 fps, some with 80-100
Also seeing lots people saying the performance in the game is just randomly terrible

Could you double check with Nvidia's tool? Alt + R while ingame (If you have the Nvidia App installed, what used to be called GeForce Experience)

Most games just don't utilize 12 threads.
8 is a lot for games (Some exceptions)
