Just bought this GPU and was very happy in the beginning. Everything went smoothly till I ran Assetto Corsa on max graphics with another graphics mod. The game ran consistently on 58-60fps
when I could smell burning plastic. The GPU and PSU both overheated then the PC restarted and I absolutely plugged it off from the wallet.

RX580 8GB Sapphire Nitro
12 GB RAM
Cheap chinese PSU 500w
P.S. the GPU started making some kind of cycling noise ahhh i found that it's called "Coil Whine"

Oh yes and i forgot. I also bought an 8pin extender for the gpu powered by two molexes

That's pretty much the only thing that deteriorates over time

Ill change it today with a year old mx4. 😫
I think its the psu but for sure ill change the thernal paste
