Whenever i turn on my pc my ping goes from around 22 to 2k randomly
my up and down are usually both around 400 and im on wifi but they go to like .04
went from a 3080 Ti to a 7900xtx if that matters
I've tried
getting new wifi card
reinstalling windows and wiping my drives
turning on and off xmp
changing amd driver versions
there is some weird stuff happening with my cpu every now and then where it has really large spikes and im wondering if that could be the issue.

Cant be the GPU, to Test if it is the gpu, try it of of the iGpu, but that probably will show the same Result

That doesn't normally translate to ping, but it might happen if the rendering is really behind
