Is it normal for my idle temps to be significantly lower when its cold in my room? I normally idle 40-45c on m gpu, but now its getting kinda cold in my room and its idling at 29-35c. Could it cause any condensation if i turn on my pc when its very cold in the morning?

Freezing is 32f
