New RTX 3060 No POST

Getting no POST on a new RTX 3060
Running ASUS Prime B450M-K II
Ryzen 5 3600
600w EVGA gold PSU
32gb RAM

Upgraded from RTX 3050.

Getting one long and three short beeps BUT not the normal one. I tried unplugging the 8 pin power and got the typical one long three short. The “long” one I get with the gpu hooked up correctly is shorter than low power GPU beep code.

I’ve tried resetting the GPU, updating BIOS, checking PSU connections, checking PCI-e slot by replacing it with the old 3050 (runs fine) but still nothing. I disabled CSM by turning on ASUS Resize BAR which stops the beeps but still no POST.

The beep you're getting with the RTX3050 is the usual boot up beep. However, the one long and three short beeps is a VGA failure code. Since you've done the basic trouble shooting steps already, either the RTX3060 is dead or your monitor isn't hooked up to it properly.
If it's not the latter, I would recommend you start filling out an RMA for the dead 3060.

You can ofc just clear your CMOS and hope that it starts working that way, but I believe you're looking at a dead graphics card unfortunately.

You were correct. DoA. Got another new one in and it worked immediately already RMAing dead one
