can someone please help i got a new m.2 ssd and when i put it in my motherboard I'm stuck on the motherboard logo and I can't enter bios or anything my keyboard is frozen and the screen is not changed but when i take out the m.2 it works just fine ?

What she said, also try clearing your CMOS. Sometimes the system just freaks out when the hardware configuration is changed.

Its a crucial p3 plus m.2 tb gen 4
i did make sure its in properly
some one told me its a bad ssd and i had to get a new one
