Usb drive with a Linux distro on it. Most will support live booting. You boot to the usb and then format the drivr

I’d recommend Linux mint. Flash the iso to a usb drive and then boot to it.
I’ll need to find a video for using Linux’s disk manager, but I’m eating right now

you can use miniwizard partition tool ** free edition** .. (not demo)... to do that..in windows
Using this app, could I bypass having to download Mint to a usb and just reformat the SSD directly?
