#driver problem

when i try reinstalling the amd drivers i had previously, it keeps crashing and the error screen pops up and restarting by itself
this why i hav resorted to resetting the pc entirely in an attempt to rid the problem
but the problem is now, i cannot even get past the installing/updating windows page after it resetted
because it just keeps popping up with the error page and then restarting
and then back to square one
Do a proper clean install with a USB installer.
Note that this deletes everything on the Windows drive.
how do i do that?
Do note that your BSOD is a Memory_Management error. This is memory related. Memory doesn't have to mean RAM, but it's usually the main suspect. Windows puts low priority data from RAM into the page file and loads it back in when needed so storage can look like memory (And memory can look like storage). The memory controller is in the CPU and if this fails it will just look like memory.
I assume you reset the PC for a reason. Something wasn't going right.
If it crashes during the Windows install, try with one RAM stick at a time.
If it still crashes, the storage would be the next suspect.
so what would be my first step right now?
Try a clean install of Windows first.
do i do that by following the guide?
Yes, exactly so
Though they did update the installer somewhat for 24H2 so it might look a bit different
ok thank you so much
do you guys know what might be the cause of this ðŸ˜
cos i genuinely know nothing about computers and all i ever do on my pc is just play games ðŸ˜
Literally anything tbh
