try and make it so it spins at 100% at 0c

if not run a benchmark and see what the temps say
just run cinebench with hwinfo open

@pure lance @vivid mulch apparently hwinfo shows the right temp readings
so we tried forcing the cpu fan to run via software
and it worked
only the bios seems to show the -55 degree
