keyboard and mouse works in bios but doesn't work in windows

My keyboard and mouse works in the bios and the windows boot environment but as soon as I go to windows 11 or even safe mode the mouse and keyboard just gets disconnected.
Tried to repair but no luck?
Any ideas?

Driver missing or file corrupted

Install driver using a different keyboard and mouse

I haven't tried another keyboard but I have tried 3 Mouses and one kB and it hasn't worked

i remember seeing a yt video where there is a fix for the same issue
