do i need both 8 pin CPU headers

hey i have a question doing a build and i have a motherboard with 2 8 CPU headers, do i need both of them or just one? i intend to do no overlocking.
Motherboard is ASUS b650e-e

Just one will be enough, usually even just a single 4-pin connector is enough to get the system booted if that's all you have.
