What is the exact part number found on the sticker on the bottom of the laptop? You should likely have Bluetooth, but I'd wager a guess your drivers aren't installed properly.
another maybe part of the puzzle
just an old wn 7 product key stcker there
There will be some kind of model number / part number marking somewhere. Or at least a serial number. We can use that to lookup the laptop specs and drivers on HP's website.
Huh yeah... that model / part number doesn't yield anything. Perhaps there's a serial number?
a handy redt thread started wth all my nfo 🙂
If the partsurfer link in that reddit post is to be believed, seems like it might have Bluetooth.
You could try the Bluetooth drivers here, but be warned: that laptop never had official Windows 10 support.

would the bt be on the mobo or the wifi card?
thanks...do you nkow if the BT would come from the realtek card or the intel cpu?
It'll likely be part of the WiFi chipset, though could be a separate dedicated card given the laptop's age.
