First of all please set your iPhone to save images in the "compatibility format" or whatever they call it so that people can actually open the pictures without needing something like Adobe Photoshop or Apple device to open the garbage proprietary heic format.
As for the image itself... are you talking about the thing on the screens bottom left corner?
