Might be a power supply issue because the power might not be enough, get a new power supply

halcyon dew
#

I hope not, it’s a 1200w platinum power supply.

That A0

#

Thats probably your best source of info, I would check the motherboard manual and see what the status is saying.

Impossible considering that all three ssd have been running fine and showing up in multiple builds even now for at least two years

surreal delta
#

Why would the ssd matter for motherboard codes.

halcyon dew
#

That’s what I got when I looked up motherboard codes

surreal delta
#

What MB is it?

halcyon dew
#

Asus rog strix maximus XIII HERO

Have you tired to boot into bios?

halcyon dew
#

YES

#

Sorry

#

Caps

#

Yes I have

surreal delta
#

So no display output at all.

halcyon dew
#

No I get display

surreal delta
#

Oh.

#

What shows up on the display?

halcyon dew
#

The computer just shuts off and then turns back on and the fans run real hard and it constantly turns off and on after the bios screen. Works just fine for tweaking in bios though

surreal delta
#

So its able to boot into bios, but not into windows?

halcyon dew
#

Yup bingo

surreal delta
#

Are all the drives showing up in bios?

halcyon dew
#

Next build will be with amd I have had nothing but bad luck with intel. Yes all drives show up

#

Well I’ve had really good luck for about two years then all of a sudden issues

surreal delta
#

Could be some windows issue.

#

Anything weird with the CPU in bios?

halcyon dew
#

Reset windows. And no nothing weird in bios

#

It very well may be a psu issue since the one I had displays an insanely low wattage on its lcd no matter what I’m doing

#

So I’ve ordered a new one for a backup and sent in an rma for this one

surreal delta
#

Yeah could be that, Im going to dig in the manual and see if I find anything.

#

for the MB

#

Like you could try taking the boot drive out and putting it back in again.

#

Like A0 is generally what its supposed to be while running.

#

from what I can tell

#

I would try reseating the boot drive, and making sure the right boot drive is selected in bios.

I did try that I’m sorry to say it hadn’t worked. And yes Ao is generally the all okay code
