#Building a new Workstation, Need Advice

Hi all, I'm planning to build a new PC mainly for 3d work and occasional gaming. My budget is around INR 270,000(around USD 3200), I need to pack in as much performance as possible and also need to look decent aesthetically (going for a blackout build. No RGB). Would like some advice on which parts to pick.

Here are the specs I managed to find

Ryzen 9 7950x : INR 31,799
GIGABYTE Aero OC RTX 4080 SUPER: INR 103,500
Corsair Vengence 64gb DDR5: INR 19,299
Msi MAG X670E Tomahawk: INR 31,799

Please analyze the component choices and see if there's any area where i can optimize for performance.

Do you need the I/O of the board if not drop down to b650 if they have I/O you need

It's your getting many ssd for mass storage you want them as some raid pool and if you do that your going to hit the limit cpu 4 lanes to chipset

Or give up lanes form cpu to gpu

But best the x670e can do is 4gen x4 to chipset and b650 is same so both chipset max out at same speed for ssd if you Plug in a few

do i need to set up raid? i was thinking maybe setting it as different drives. will that be an issue?
ps: im not really well veresd with the raid thingy.
