Both ram works on slot 2 but when i installed one ram on slot 1 it just wont boot, it did turn on but it doesnt post
I tried cleaning the slots but it doesnt do anything
Is this CPU or Mobo issue?

The motherboard is bad because if you can run it on slot 2 not 1 then there is a problem with it.

its the same socket and the same gen "6 gen"
mine is i5 6600
i know a friend that have something similar, its an i5 6500

LGA 1151 was used for more than two generations so it was artificially separated
If you have a 6600, any 6000 and 7000 series will work fine (If the BIOS is updated to support 7000 series)

my CPU is kinda chipped on the sides near the pin, it didt hit the pin but just slightly chipped

this is not i5 6600 but the chipping is similar
it still barely works with both ram stick before
but just yesterday it doesnt
i said barely because it sometimes crash before
