Alright my pc have been doing this behaviour for a while:
After a power outage, when the power comes back, it refuses to turn on for a while for no apparent reason
It happened again except it completely wont turn on now. I tried disconnecting everything except the power cord, taking out 1 stick of ram but nothing works
Specs:
i5 12400F
MSI PRO H610M-B
2x16GB Apacer ram ddr4
Corsair HX750 Power supply
Asus rtx 3060 ti dual mini v2
Samsung 980 1tb ssd

Personally have no idea, reliable power here so no one really uses a UPS.

ups is a good investment, maybe something which has short battery backup- around 10 mins at least
because if you have a longer power outage, you could power off or put the pc to sleep, and the Ups is then not required
