I see nothing but a gray screen after the boot logo appears. RAM isn’t the issue here either, since I replaced it and put it back in. Reseated my GPU, so that’s not the issue either. Cables are all connected fine.

Depends if you have multi-monitor enabled in graphics, as well as where you have the video cable plugged into

Multi monitor is only going to matter if something is plugged into the video ports on the motherboard AND graphics card at the same time

You can do that, but plug the cable you usually have plugged into the GPU, and plug it into one of the ports on the motherboard instead of the GPU
