#microcode?

^ OP doesn’t listen. He was sent a link and information about the issue after stating he had both a 13th gen and a 14th gen cpu currently in use. They refused to listen and won’t do their own research on the issue + haven’t read research sent to them. Plus, they tried to damage their cpu on removal from the socket, so it’s probably all borked anyways
I disint damage my cpu
I don’t get the link you send to me
@rugged cloak
If you could just explain it
kids.
...woah. that is violent... Is this how kids are raised nowadays?
I know really instead of helping me he just makes fun of me cause I don’t know some stuff
Woah woah woah, these are some serious allegations
You mean i7 13th gen? The best you can do is keep your bios updated and limit the cpu to 253w
Yeah that’s I what meant sorry
So what is that microcode stuff he’s talking about?
The microcode most people are talking about is actually supposed to help your cpu. It’s supposed to prevent your cpu from asking for unsafe voltages (1.45v+)
Update your bios
I’m not sure if all manufacturers have released a bios with it yet
MSI and maybe gigabyte were the first ones to release one
Yeah thats what I was gonna do but then I got worried that he was talking about that
Lemme see if they have it
Brb
Update microcode is generally a good idea
Btw what do you have to say about the “eviolites” guy saying that you “tried to damage your cpu”?
I have doubts
He dsyas that I installed my cpu wrong this was the video
Idk maybe I did and he’s right
You wouldn’t be able to latch it in if you put it in wrong
What’s this?
Yeah so I did it right
Idk. Just download the latest one anyway. I can check it when I get home later today
Yeah you need to put it on a fat32 formatted usb
Fat32?
I was talking about you, not Eviolites
Allegations that [are justified](#1279176304129867845 message).
It’s a file system type
Fair enough
No
Do you have a flash drive in your possession that can be wiped
If so, just format it to fat32. Don’t specifically buy one preformatted
