try resetting bios? I had similar issues when connecting my linux pc to a TV with a cable adapter.

#

i tried reinstalling windows then and now i can't install windows again due to boot file issues.

#

Try some other cable or port and try to reset the bios if possible. That's all i know

Try replugging your gpu and maybe try a different monitor, even a TV would work for testing
