I need your help. I tried contacting Xbox support, but they didn’t help me with anything. Here’s the situation: the Xbox app doesn’t work. Whenever I try to use the app, it says, "We can't sign you in because your account has been suspended from Xbox Live." However, my account hasn’t been suspended. None of the accounts I’m trying to use work either. Note: My friend tried logging into my account on their computer, and it worked without any issues. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the Xbox app, but it didn’t fix the problem. The app keeps saying that my account is suspended, but it’s not. And once again, Xbox support didn’t help.

Damn, it seems like something to do with Microsoft servers, but ur friend could log on so idk, maybe your internet blocking something?

is theres a way to cheak if it's my network that is blocking somthing

altho tried restating network

from settings

but in case it is blocking smothing why on earth its saying that my account is susspnded

and tried contacting microsoft team and they are no use talked to them for 5h Straight

Maybe try backing up all ur important data and do a factory reset or something, usually works for me when something like this happens.

Do you have a VPN see if it's an ip ban or something like that

If u got a phone are you able to log into it on the Xbox app/website

Apparently a month ago Xbox live stuff got cooked but it doesn't seem down still

Try this

Settings > Apps > Installed apps > Find Xbox Live > click three dots, Advanced options > Terminate > Reset and then Repair

1- updating to Win11

2- Factory reset (Formataing)

but i dont want to do nether of those opition's

Turn off firewall

Restart Xbox Live like I told you before

Then try if it worked

If not, turn on your firewall again

Tried creating new key in regedit for some thing called nosearchbarsuggesting or somthing yet the same issue

im not.... ,tried even contacting xbox support and they even said that youd have no flag's in your account "aka Suspension's , ban's ,ect" you can read the whole thing that i wrote dont jump straight into conclusions
