2 drives into 1?

Hey everyone, just upgrading from my 256gb nvme and 500gb HDD to a single 2TB NVME drive. I know how to clone my drive but just wondering can i clone both onto the new one at the same time instead of cloning the boot and manually moving everything off the HDD?

you can just need to copy each of the partions

and then you can extend one of them

to take up the rest of drive or make new one

thanks if i do it that way will it show as 2 separate drives in windows though?
