recently found out that I haven't been properly using my ram and every time I enable xmp my pc just blue screens (I'm using an x670 aorus elite ax and 32gb of trident Z ram (2x16gb 6400mhz) anyone know why that is?

That means if you didn't update bios its most likely late 2023 bios, so do it asap
Especially if you're on a 7800x3d as this was the period some were killed due to expo on bad bios version, plus expo was having issues. At 6000mhz or more at that time especially on AM5
