steam download speed keeps dropping to kb/s and it doesnt go up again until i close the app and reopen. I don't think its about steam setting or hardware because i tried it on another pc and i don't think it's because my internet provider because i don't have any issues with epic, ubisoft, riot games etc. Couldn't find an answer anywhere hope you guys know something 😦

slow download speeds but only on steam and yes he has uninstalled and reinstalled it

btw it downloads for like 10 to 15 minutes then got down to kbps when i relaunch, it starts with 11mbps again

Ok, when you are down in speed, open Task Manager, switch to the Performance tab and screenshot it. Just want to see if anything looks weird.
