Memory does not seem overclocked but the core clock seems quite low (normal would be 1700-1815, boosting over 2100)

temperatures are okay and it's getting power from two separate 8pin pci-e cables

driver wise everything is up to date

last thing to check would be pci-e cables on the PSU side

but i'm 100% sure i've plugged them in properly

sooo i really don't know what might be causing this

even with another VBIOS it was only hitting that core clock
