if you are willing to spend money on that pc there's gpus like the rx 550 going at around 50 bucks and ram kits at 20 on aliexpress, i have this on my setup and it's a pretty good investement for a cheap upgrade

yeah but as sadmug said you could go to ebay and buy a cheap gpu

like maybe for the core count of the CPU you could get like a GTX 650

Ik it sounds like a bad idea but you can get some nice shit on AliExpress, ssd, psu and case appart ypu could get a nice motherboard-ram-cpu combo and a nice gpu for that budget, a ryzen 7000 series cpu and an rx 6000 series gpu, nvidia gpu are more expensive because of the hype around them

Disclaimer: you shouldn't trust online markets for a psu or an ssd, the ceses are fine but the shipping fee is sometimes 10 timea the price of the case
