So I just got done building my first pc everything feels fine but I'm pretty sure my pc fans run at full rpm all the time any tips on how to fix that?

All case connect to this thing

It has 2 "holes" and 2 "sticks" that's connects 1 to each other

Nothing wrong with molex, it just doesn't have speed control.
