Part List - Intel Core i5-12400F, Radeon RX 6750 XT, Fractal Design Pop Mini Air MicroATX Mid Tower
what kind of ram is it ? ddr4 or ddr5 ?
16x2 ddr4
is this 600+ dollar pc part picker list good?
is this list good https://pcpartpicker.com/list/9Py86D
Part List - AMD Ryzen 5 5600, Radeon RX 6650 XT, Corsair 4000D Airflow ATX Mid Tower
https://pcpartpicker.com/list/2Mwm6D i'd definitely go intel 12th gen over ryzen 5000 series
Part List - Intel Core i5-12400F, Radeon RX 6750 XT, Fractal Design Pop Mini Air MicroATX Mid Tower
the gaming performance is a good chunk better and 12th gen doesn't have any of the instability issues of 13th and 14th gen
oh yeah it does out perform the r5 5600
wait is there a stock cooler I can use or do I have to buy a seperate one?
but I feel like the gpu is to expensive for its value idk tho
yeah
oh yeah for that price you should be getting a 7700 xt
I don't want to go over 700 dollars you think a amd rx6650xt is good?
it's great, only concern is the 8gb of vram
it'll be fine at 1080p for most games for the next few years but there are already games starting to really push it
i plan to play at 1440p to 1080p and my main games are rust, minecraft with shaders, and fortnite you think the 6650xt will work for those games?
I would say get a 6600 gpu
but the 6650xt out performs it for a very simular price range
definitely
is it worth spending a little more on a 6700xt or na
with those games, definitely not
well i sometimes play other games like warzone, apex legends and more
and minecraft shaders are demanding
its 80 dollars more idkkkkkk
yeah im prob just gonna stick to 6650xt
none of those are particularly demanding, definitely not enough to need a 6700xt for 1080p
warzone maybe for 1440p
as for minecraft with shaders, it takes a pretty demanding shaderpack to make a 6600xt struggle even at 4k
so is just sticking with a 6650xt a good option?
Alr was my orginal pcpart list w r5 5600 and 6650xt good? I prefer amd cpu or intel
dare i ask why ?
the 5600 performs similarly to the 12400f
you would only be able to upgrade within 12th gen because of 13th gen and 14th gen failing
yup
is everything good w my partpickerlist like anything that i should replace it with?
i'd still go intel, and maybe different fans, but otherwise it's good
what other fans do you recommend that are good and budget friendly?
Is your market in the US or overseas?
Us
Arctic p12
Just from another tech server
Thermalright fans are really good
Artic ones are a bit overrated
They are good for certain things but not the best for case airflow
If your case has decent airflow already use thermalright fans
Artic fans are better for pulling air through restricted vents
does that say infinite money or infinite mirror
and if so what is infinite mirror?
Its a aesthetic effect that makes the middle of the fan look like its a bottomless pit kinda
Like this
Pretty much just for flashy fishtank type cases
Another aesthetic thing, when you want a normal fan to be intake, the ugly part faces the inside of the case, some cases have fans in more visible places, and if you wanted them to be intakes you would have to see the ugly side of the fan. Reverse fans are pretty much as the name sounds, the pretty part showing inside is intake, other way is exhaust
oh
For most use cases you do not need reverse or mirror fans
cringe
whys that
yes they are
No
source
soren is incapable of providing sources because there arent any sources for his deranged arguments
do the fans really matter thatttt much?
ill probably try thermalright fan ig since the budget was bigger than i though
Lol
Thermalright fans are pretty cheap
Tho a lot of cases come with decent fans alr
oh the 4000d only comes w 2
They’re also 3 pin, so not the best
I’d recommend other than the 4000d though. If you really want the aesthetic, the antec ax90 (recently learned about this one) looks very similar, but with 4 fans I think and is like $30 cheaper
Meh just get a pop air
Its 50 bucks rn lol
Its great
Actually a good quality case
Just on an excellent sale
Fair
do you need the fans on the top or will it not matter that much
Usually doesn’t matter
Unless you have like, 0 front airflow no
Or you cant exhaust out the back due to where its placed
Yes
2 fans in front 1 in the back
Cools my 7600 and 7900xt perfectly
turns out i already have a spare ryzen stealth wraith cooler thingy should i just buy the r5 5600 of aliexpress since it's 73dollars instlead of like 110
tf is that
is my ppl good? i already have the ram and i choose a pop air over corsair case
Part List - AMD Ryzen 5 5600, Radeon RX 6650 XT, Corsair 4000D Airflow ATX Mid Tower
i haven't updated it yet
but i don't need the fans and i don't prefer getting a micro atx motherboard because it looks weird in a atx case
Sorry, not realy into internactiol pc bulids so idk about mobo, psu wents
But the nvme is bad, case aint the best
what other 1tb nvme do you recommend???
Mp44l cheaper and better
Lexar nm710, sn580, nm790
NM620
so many options br\
Im looking for a pcie gen 4 nvme what is the best one out of all of them?
nm710 / 790
How much
like 100 for 1 tb
60-70max budget
for nvme
they not at my microcenter
wait how does a crucial pc nvme compare to any regular ssd
i hate warship bot
but i just want a nvme thats cheap and also signifcantly better than a regular ssd
Wait what about the western digital sn770?
it seems to have pretty good read/write speeds
SSD's are not my expertise but WD makes good SSDs if you want to play it safe
the reality is many sata ssds are fast enough that for normal desktop use and gaming you're not going to be blown away by anything on the market
