So i was trying to get to secure boot in bios. For which i did mbr2gpt commands and after i had done them, I got 2 errors.i rebooted my pc and then i saw "reboot or insert media disk" or smth along the lines of that. I was told to clear the cmos which i did. I left the cmos battery out for like 20 mins or so. And when i put it back. There was nothing coming onto my screen. Then i was told to reseat the ram which i did and then my pc ran for a bit, then restarted and ran again but no display. The pc was working fine at first.

Did i mess up?

a thing worth trying is to unplug the boot drive and see if the pc can get into the bios

u can always try ebay or fb marketplace for a replacement, sometimes u can find a decent deal on a old office machine or prebuilt and use parts from that one

ds3h is usually a cheaper type of mobo but its good enough if its one of the cheapest b550 mobos with VRMs

and well i got it to run

and formatted the old hdd

its back to mbr
